We offer free delivery and flat delivery charge options to Melbourne Metro (condition applies) customers. Customers located in Albury, Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth can get benefit of our low cost delivery service.

Estimated Transit Time
Melbourne and all major cities 1-5 working days and interstate orders within 2-7 working days, excluding handling time of 1-2 days. Remote deliveries do take longer and we use reputable courier companies which provides tracking number for all dispatch made via courier companies. From time to time we use our in house delivery service for Melbourne to speed up the service where tracking is not provided.
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time that
orders are dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are processed & shipped
within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The estimated time of delivery excludes
weekends and public holidays.
Whilst every effort is made to deliver within the estimated delivery times, sometimes this is beyond our control (e.g. COVID lockdown, traffic incident, out of stock items, road closure, storm, etc.). Packaging Square will not be liable to the customer for any losses suffered or incurred due to a delay. If an order has not been received within the estimated time frame indicated, please contact via email. Deliveries usually takes additional time due to COVID out break and prior to festive season as third party couriers are extremely busy.
Free and Flat Rate Shipping
Free shipping is currently available in Melbourne metro suburbs and selected regional areas subject to minimum purchase amount, minimum purchase amount varies from postcode to postcode. Shipping calculator shall display shipping charge for your order, if free shipping is available then that option will be displayed in available shipping options. Flat rate shipping is also available in many suburbs where customer can select this option when order amount is below below minimum purchase amount for free delivery in Melbourne metro area. Free and Flat delivery minimum purchase requirements may change without any prior notice. Delivery may arrive on weekend and on public holidays.

Pick up process
All orders must be paid before pick up. Confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up. During the outbreak of diseases (e.g. COVID19 pandemic) pick up service may not be available.
Shipping Process
Orders are processed & shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders will be delivered to the “Shipping Address” as it appears on the Tax Invoice or order notification email. Please note that courier companies do not call prior to delivery to confirm delivery times for your order. Upon delivery to the nominated address, the goods must be signed for. The person who signs for the delivery is considered to be authorised to receive the goods. Some chemical items may restricted for delivery due to their high hazard rating and large carton of packaging products due to large dimensions, in such event our office staff will contact customer to discuss available options.
While every effort is made to deliver goods within the customer’s business operating hours, this is not always possible as couriers deliver between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday). If you require your order to be strictly delivered before a certain time, additional charges do apply. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses, parcel lockers.
