The main difference between standard grade and freezer grade lids is that the freezer grade lids have an additive to help them to stay more pliable under freezer conditions. Standard polypropylene lids can be more prone to cracking when opened or dropped when frozen.
Our freezer grade takeaway containers and lids are translucent white in colour, and not clear like the standard polypropylene takeaway containers are.
