How can I place my order?
Placing an order at Packaging Square is simple and faster with 3 simple steps process.
- Choose the Product: Select from the range of products listed by clicking on Add on Cart
- Checkout: Once added, click on “View Cart” placed on the top right side. Once you view your product, click on Checkout for the final phase of purchase.
- Enter your personal and shipping details, If you’re shopping for the first time on our site, then select suitable shipping option and payment for the item using available different options.
How can I login to my account?
You can login to your account by clicking “My Account” button placed on top right corner. Please use your email id to complete the registration process.
I am unable to login to my account. What should I do now?
Please reset the password if you are unable to recall or use current password. To reset the password; go to bottom of the page to “Shopping Guide” (or top right side of the page), then go to “My Account” and select “Reset Password” button to reset your account. Please note that new account user must verify the email address, verification email is sent upon placing first order. Please check your email inbox to verify that email then you can place an order second time onward. You can resend the verification link to your email by logging into “My Account” then resend verification link, it should arrive in your inbox in 30-60 secs. Please check SPAM and JUNK MAILS if you haven’t received it after reseeding it from MY ACCOUNT.
How can I get my password or login if I forgot them?
You can get your email ID or password by clicking on Login button on the top right side of the page. Once you enter a new page, click on Forgotten Password” button to create a new password.
How do I register as New User?
It’s pretty simply to register as new user.
Click on the My Account button at the top right hand side page that will direct you to Member Login page. Next, click on the Create an Account button and enter your details. The process will hardly take few minutes of your time.
You can even register yourself by shopping for a product.
Who can order products from Packaging Square?
We deal our products with clients belonging to food service and hospitality. Our products are sold at:
Cafe, take Away shops, restaurants, fast Food Outlets, bakeries, clubs, schools, catering businesses and similar businesses.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We offer options that can accommodate our customer’s request on changing or cancelling the order.
If there is any change or cancellation of order, you should communicate with our customer representatives through call or emails.
PS: We dispatch the ordered products immediately, and once the product is ready for dispatch from warehouse, it won’t be cancelled or changed.
What are your freight and delivery charges?
We have tie-ups with reputed courier services in Australia. Use Shipping Estimator while checkout to know the exact amount to be paid along with delivery charges.
Do you offer free delivery or flat delivery charge?
Yes, we offer free delivery on most of Melbourne metro suburbs subject to minimum order value, refer shipping page for detail. We also offer Flat Rate delivery charge for most suburbs in Melbourne, refer shipping page for detail.
Do you deliver products to different regions of Australia?
Yes! Packaging Square delivers product to all metro cities and major towns in Australia. If you can’t find your delivery post code then drop us an email with your delivery address and items you are interested in purchasing and we will give you an estimate of the shipping cost.
Any minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order single item.
Do you provide delivery tracking?
Tracking number is provided for all interstate orders and some Vic Regional orders. Melbourne metro orders may be delivered via our in house delivery service where tracking is not available.
Can the product be delivered to PO Box or Parcel Lockers?
We don’t deliver products on PO Box or Parcel Posts.
