Placing an order at Packaging Square is simple and faster with 3 simple steps process.

  1. Choose the Product: Select from the range of products listed by clicking on Add on Cart
  2. Checkout: Once added, click on “View Cart” placed on the top right side. Once you view your product, click on Checkout for the final phase of purchase.
  3. Enter your personal and shipping details, If you’re shopping for the first time on our site, then select suitable shipping option and payment for the item using available different options.

How can I login to my account?

You can login to your account by clicking “My Account” button placed on top right corner. Please use your email id to complete the registration process.

I am unable to login to my account. What should I do now?

Please reset the password if you are unable to recall or use current password. To reset the password; go to bottom of the page to “Shopping Guide” (or top right side of the page), then go to “My Account” and select “Reset Password” button to reset your account. Please note that new account user must verify the email address, verification email is sent upon placing first order. Please check your email inbox to verify that email then you can place an order second time onward. You can resend the verification link to your email by logging into “My Account” then resend verification link, it should arrive in your inbox in 30-60 secs. Please check SPAM and JUNK MAILS if you haven’t received it after reseeding it from MY ACCOUNT.

Do you deliver products to different regions of Australia?

Yes! Packaging Square delivers product to all metro cities and major towns in Australia. If you can’t find your delivery post code then drop us an email with your delivery address and items you are interested in purchasing and we will give you an estimate of the shipping cost.

Any minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. You can order single item.

Do you provide delivery tracking?

Tracking number is provided for all interstate orders and some Vic Regional orders. Melbourne metro orders may be delivered via our in house delivery service where tracking is not available. 

Can the product be delivered to PO Box or Parcel Lockers?

We don’t deliver products on PO Box or Parcel Posts.
