Premium baking paper has a non-stick coating eliminating the need to grease the paper. Alfresco Caterer’s Baking Paper is a healthier way to cook without the need to grease or bake with fats or oils. Our baking paper is robust enough to be used for re-baking, and is heat resistant to 230C (450F). It comes with cutter for easy everyday use. Baking paper is also know as parchment paper and silicon paper.
